Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your workspace settings. When you upgrade, the new features are available immediately. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

A Monthly Active User is any unique end-user who sends at least one message to your Agent within a calendar month. Returning users are only counted once per month regardless of how many conversations they have.

The Free plan is available forever with no credit card required. It includes 1 AI agent, 100 active users, and 500 messages per month. You can test your Agent on the Free plan before choosing a paid plan. Any trial offered at checkout is shown there.

Each plan includes monthly usage allowances. Check your current usage and limits in Workspace settings. If you reach an allowance, upgrade your plan or wait for the next billing cycle to continue using the affected feature.

Yes. All paid plans offer approximately a 28% discount when billed annually. Toggle the billing switch on the pricing cards above to see the annual prices.

Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your workspace settings. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
