What counts as a Monthly Active User (MAU)?

A Monthly Active User is any unique end-user who sends at least one message to your bot within a calendar month. Returning users are only counted once per month regardless of how many conversations they have.

What happens when I exceed my plan limits?

We will notify you when you approach your plan limits. If you exceed them, your bot will continue to work for the rest of the billing cycle but you will need to upgrade to continue using the service in the next cycle. We never cut off your users mid-conversation.
